Dom DeLuise, a dear friend and honorary board member of the Elixir Fund, passed away on May 4, 2009. Dom was a truly gifted comedian who made many of us laugh over the years. For those who met him personally, it was always a pleasure to find that he was the same, genuine person in real life. Dom was a man full of laughter and love. He was a family man who took great joy in spending time with his wife, Carol; their three sons, Peter, Michael, and David; as well as his grandchildren.

Dom will be greatly missed, however you cannot think of him and not have a smile on your face. What a tremendous gift.
