Deadline Extended!

A search is on for local artists who wish to make a difference.

Jersey Girl Café, a fresh innovative eatery known for serving up great food with attitude, is partnering with the Elixir Fund. We are looking for local artists who wish to help design a t-shirt that will become a creative expression that best reflects the mission of the Elixir Fund. The winning design will then be displayed, and t-shirts sold at the Café and through the Elixir Fund web site to raise the much needed funding to support comfort care for cancer patients.

Based in Hamilton N.J., Jersey Girl Café is a supporter of local artists and farmers, as well as the Elixir Fund. Art on the walls of Jersey Girl Café includes the work of local photographers. Chef/Owner, Kathy Rana states, “we are delighted to create a means to promote the work of local artists while also benefitting the Elixir Fund.”

Jersey Girl Café has been a long time supporter of the Elixir Fund and we are excited to team up with them once again and highlight the work of local artists.

You can submit designs to the Elixir Fund until November 25, 2012. We are looking for designs that capture the Elixir Fund’s mission of providing comfort and support to cancer patients and their caregivers. Submissions should be no larger than 8 inches x 8 inches and should be sent to in either jpg, gif, or png formats. Any submissions become the property of the Elixir Fund.

For questions or more information contact the Elixir Fund at (800) 494-9228 or via our web site.
