The Elixir Fund is honored to be a part of the Survivorship Workgroup for the NJ State Cancer Control Plan. The workgroup is tasked with supporting the goals outlined in the current plan as well as helping to develop action items for the next plan. To better represent the wants and needs of the diverse survivor population in NJ, the workgroup has put together a survey. We are asking survivors (a survivors is considered to be from the time of diagnosis on) and their caregivers to provide their feedback. The survey is available online and takes between 3-5 minutes to fill out.
