This six-week series is for anyone who has been impacted by cancer; whether you are newly diagnosed, in treatment, post treatment, or are a caregiver. Developed at Stanford, this evidence-based program covers both physical and emotional wellness and includes topics common to many such as fatigue, pain, stress, nutrition, exercise, communication with family member and caregivers and more.
